Originally formed in 1969 by David’s father, Don. D.J. Haney Blacksmiths has grown from a niche hand forging workshop into a modern company, utilising modern techniques with years of hands on experience.

David’s Great Grandad, Grandad and Dad were all time served Blacksmiths, and this ethos has carried on with Dave at the helm. Everything we do is of the highest quality… we don’t do cheap & nasty, and close enough is not good enough.

We are also accredited by the SSIP and pride ourselves in meeting the highest health & safety standards.
